Daweh congo, real name Rohan Graham is the son of singer Leo Graham, whose hits include several 70's classics for Lee "Scratch" Perry. Born On March 28th 1969 in Kingston's Jubille Hospital, Daweh began singing from the age of eight, performing with his father during the school holidays. With an ambition to be a painter, his destiny and the necessity of earning a living follow him to a music career. His first song have been recorded in 1990 for Alton Ellis, "Bread Winner" is still unreleased. Songs for African Star and Kariang followed before he was introduced to the man that have changed his life, Barry O' Hare. He produced in 1995, "Study Garvey", "No Peace" and "Coconut Chalice" giving to Daweh the natural acclaim. Sounding like Burning Spear, Daweh delivers on "Guidance" a powerfull voice acompanied by strickly Roots Reggae rhythms, constructed by some of the finest musicians of the UK Reggae industry, Mafia & Fluxy, Dwayne Burke.
